PENNCELL is a kind of prefabricated, expanded, three-dimensional reinforcement cellular confinement system to improve the base condition. Widely used for projects of road foundation, slope protection, river bank protection, and retaining walls. Mainly used along with geotextiles. Lightweight and foldable, easy to transport.
